zero spot

a.k.a. paid spot
Considered the top ranking spot on Google's SERP pages, the "zero spot" refers to the place above the number one search result. It's where Google features paid ads, image and news searches, answer boxes, business knowledge graphs, and much more, thereby pushing the organic search results further down the page. You need to add structured markup language for Google to identify you as a content provider for those top spots. Ask your Webmaster :)
