Web site usability

a.k.a. usability, user interface

A process of testing a Web site user interface for maximum functionality, early detection of design problems, and intuitiveness of design. It refers to the ease with which users are able to navigate a Web site.

Usability now refers to all screens: Web sites, microsites, banners, media experiences (native apps as well as mobile web across multiple platforms), digital screens, interactive digital events, and social media campaigns. Usability is measured by clickstreams and traffic among other things.
