A place you call when you have questions about computer hardware or software. The tech support phone number is usually printed on the package of the product you purchased, or you can get it from the company's Web site.
FYI: Some people say they feel stupid when they have to talk to a techie, and while that may be understandable, don't worry about it. If you have a question, call tech support - that's what they're there for.
