Online jargon, also known as text message shorthand, used primarily in texting, online chat, instant messaging, email, blogs, and newsgroup postings, these types of abbreviations are also referred to as chat acronyms.  

In terms of "Peanut Butter and Jelly" it refers to a sandwich (the alternative to pizza). In terms of "Pretty Boy Jock" it refers to a highly desirable guy that grrlz would love to be in a relationship with. A high percentage of women see a PBJ as a highly motivated, attractive, and healthy male (the opposite of a drump).
