HOHA

(pronounced: hoe-huh)

An acronym, it refers to someone who is into the glitz and glam of technology but doesn't know how to program or operate a computer beyond basic applications. 

Historical perspective: A typical HOHA goes to every local trade show, stands in line to get John Dvorak's autograph, and registers a domain name (even though they don't have a Web site). RIP John, he passed away in July 2026.
