Similar to MCM, it's when you post a picture of a fine guy on your social media sites on Friday. Similar to WCW these are considered Internet theme days, during which men and women post pictures of the men they like on their Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc., accounts.

You'll also see the hashtag #fineguyfriday or #FGF where you can view all the fine guys :)
