It means flirting, either on the phone or in person. The act of flirting with cake on it (not literally). Caking is when you’re extra sweet to someone you’re really interested in. You’re always texting them sweet nothings, and the attention is undivided. Spending time "kee-kee" and "ca-caing" with a person you're interested in. For example, "We caked all weekend, it was awesome."
