(pronounced as a new word: noss)

This acronym is used in automotive, and especially motorcycling circles, referring to parts or accessories which are old because they were made sometime ago, but are actually new in the sense that they have never been used before. You may see this term on eBay and in online chat, IM, e-mail, blogs, or newsgroup postings.
