mail bomb

An e-mail message with huge binary files attached to it, sent to crash the recipient's mail server (the server that houses e-mail) or mail reader (a software program for e-mail). Mail bombing is a form of electronic harassment that is one step beyond flaming, and on many systems, it can result in the cancellation of the bomber's account.
