flooding

To send a large amount of e-mails to one recipient. As with mail bombs, this can block the recipient's mailbox and crash the mail server. Once the recipient's mailbox is full (and its disk quota is used), the mail is then stored in the spool-directory; after that, it will block (or crash) the server when the disk reaches its limit.
