Using multiple cameras built into computer screens, eyetracking describes how researchers can get a detailed analysis of where someone is looking when browsing a Web page. Studies show that users often read Web pages as two lines across the top followed by a vertical stripe down the left side of the screen, in what is known as an "F-pattern."
