A collaborative effort among the national Network Information Centers (NIC) and Internet Service Providers (ISPs) within the Asian-Pacific region. The APNIC acts as a regional Internet Registry, providing the allocation of Internet Protocol addresses (IP addresses) to the Asian-Pacific region.
